(2) Maintaining good lubrication of the mixing shaft and bearing seats is crucial. Proper lubrication can significantly extend the service life of parts (the labor intensity during maintenance is considerable). In summer, "00" non-extreme pressure semi-fluid lithium-based grease is used. To ensure its fluidity under low-temperature conditions, please use "000" lithium-based grease in winter.
(3) For automatic lubrication, it is necessary to constantly check the oil level in the tank, replenish oil in a timely manner, and observe the working status of the grease distribution valve behind the hopper. If the pointer overflows for an extended period, it indicates that the lubrication point is blocked. If the pointer overflows for an extended period during pumping, immediately remove the grease pipe to prevent other lubrication points from becoming blocked as well. After work, immediately clean and clear the oil passage of the blocked lubrication point.
